Joker: Killer Smile (2019-)

Dr. Ben Arnell’s professional confidence is being systematically dismantled within the sterile walls of Arkham Asylum. His sessions with the Joker are designed to diagnose the undiagnosable, but the process is reversing itself. The doctor’s own home no longer feels secure, invaded by a creeping sense of violation tied to his son and a specific, recurring storybook. A new, unsettling presence named Mr. Smiles has begun to manifest in the periphery of his reality, a figure seemingly born from the cracks in his therapeutic resolve. The distinction between clinical observation and personal terror has dissolved completely.
