American Vampire

In the 1880s, the sadistic outlaw Skinner Sweet becomes the first of a new breed. His transformation in the American West creates a distinct bloodline, one that thrives in sunlight and possesses a ferocity native to its land. By the 1920s, he intentionally sires only one other: Pearl Jones, a young woman whose new existence is a brutal inheritance. These American Vampires are not like the old-world monsters; they are faster, stronger, and driven by a different hunger. Their conflict with the ancient European covens and the expanding human frontier is a bloody, personal war fought across decades of changing landscapes.
