Batman: Earth One

A young Bruce Wayne navigates the rain-slicked streets of a corrupt Gotham City, his investigation into his parents' murder leading directly to the office of the city's Mayor. His pursuit is complicated by the presence of his new guardian, Alfred Pennyworth, a man with a military past who views this vigilante crusade as a reckless path to self-destruction. As Bruce assembments the tools and persona of The Batman, he finds himself hunted by both the authorities and the man sworn to protect him. The city's power structure reacts to this new, unpredictable element in its shadows.
