Iron Man (1998)

Tony Stark is back in the boardroom of Stark/Fujikawa, facing a hostile takeover from within. His corporate partners are maneuvering to seize full control of the company he built. While Iron Man patrols the skies, Stark must choose between reclaiming his corporate empire or walking away to build a new one. This internal struggle has not gone unnoticed. A shadowy client has already contracted the lethal mercenary team known as Deathsquad, their arrival timed to exploit this moment of corporate vulnerability.
