Teen Titans (1996)

Four human teenagers in San Francisco simultaneously manifest metahuman abilities, their lives upended by a single, coordinated event. This is the final stage of a long-term, sinister experiment conducted by the alien H'San Natall. The recently de-aged Ray Palmer, operating without his Atom identity, discovers their connection and the true nature of their powers. He moves to intervene, working to sever the psychic conditioning the aliens have woven into their minds. His goal is to unite these four strangers into a cohesive unit, forging them into a team capable of resisting the very force that created them. The city's skyline now hosts a new, uncertain defense.
