Elephantmen (2006-)

In the concrete canyons of Los Angeles, the Elephantmen walk among humans. Created as living weapons for a forgotten war in Africa, their past is a stain on the city's memory. Hip Flask and Ebony Hide navigate this uneasy peace, their massive frames a constant reminder of the violence they were bred to enact. Some still work for the same covert interests that made them, while others are haunted by the shame of their origin. They are tolerated, surveilled, and shunned, trying to find a place in a society that fears what it built. The air is thick with old blood and newer suspicions.
