The new house on the block has a problem with its neighbor. Squee discovers Johnny in his bathroom one night, a meeting that ends with a warning. Later, a persistent survey-taker at Johnny’s door receives a detailed explanation about the necessity of keeping a certain wall wet. The conversation concludes with the man exiting through a window. At a local Taco Hell, an offhand comment from an elderly patron triggers a violent episode with a spork. Back home, Johnny’s internal debate with Psychodoughboy and Nail Bunny over his future is abruptly sidelined by a television advertisement. The city’s murder rate continues its unexplained climb.
