Journey Into Mystery (1952)

A series of fresh graves across the city have been desecrated, their floral tributes stolen. The perpetrators are a crew of grave robbers working for a local florist, who pays them for the illicit bundles of pink flowers. He then restocks his shop with the stolen goods, blending the morbid harvest with his legitimate inventory. The scheme operates under the cover of night, turning a place of mourning into a source of cheap supply. The police are baffled by the motive behind the thefts, unaware that the evidence is being sold in plain sight from a storefront downtown.
