The Last Ones (2016-)

The sun is a memory. A permanent twilight has settled over the frozen ruins of a Spanish city, where the last humans huddle in the rubble. Two adults and a small group of children survive on scavenged scraps, their warmth the only defense against the encroaching cold and the ruling vampires. Their fragile existence is altered by the arrival of a mysterious savior, who proposes a final, dangerous journey. The plan is to cross the dead continent of Europe, moving east toward a rumored bastion where the remnants of their species are said to gather. Their path is one of perpetual night, stalked by ancient hungers and the relentless chill.
