Batman: The Monster Men

The rain-slicked streets of Gotham City are stalked by a new breed of predator. Hugo Strange has unleashed his Monster Men, grotesque creatures born from his experiments, into the city's underbelly. Batman confronts this biological horror while navigating the collateral damage inflicted on its terrified citizens. The conflict draws in Julie Madison, whose life becomes entangled in the doctor's grim work. Strange's obsession with creating a superior being forces a brutal, physical confrontation far from the shadows. The aftermath leaves a stain of blood and broken concrete across the East End docks.
