Story is eh, the characters are good. Lots of people online over exaggerate this comic series, but the first/original series is honestly very minimal in the content they claim it has. (Yes theres gore, yes theres slurs being said, and theres only two points where the crossed are actually doing sexual things. Atleast from my count.)
And for what The Crossed is, its a refreshing take on a Zombie Apocalypse, even if its not really zombies.

Wow, great read. It is gruesome sometimes and violent and gory, but a great story.

Ok, its not very explicit (not the gore), the plot pace is quick; jumps back and forth (random ass Flashback)—I'm talking about the shaved hair guy, idc about him, and then this military guy show up and then just gone missing at the end. Also chapter 8 is missing, i googled that stan killed brett (which I'm guessing the military guy?) Not really disturbing. 6/10 ig, alot of unnecessary things

Not an awful comic but it feels like its trying too hard to shock you most of the issues. The dialogue between the group was fun to read though

This series is edgy slop with absolutely no hook beyond its graphic visuals, i read this series in 30 minutes cause of a tiktok i saw and i’d prefer if it was just the tiktok i would’ve watched instead of this shit media.

Really edgy, like really, really edgy. The plot gets confusing sometimes because there are some random flashbacks in the midst of the chaos of the story but its somehow nice, it gives off a Walking Dead vibe that i like.
