The straightforward battlefields of the past have been replaced by a global landscape of secrets and subterfuge, where allegiances are fluid and enemies wear many faces. Captain America must navigate this unfamiliar terrain, weighing the tactics of modern warfare against the principles he was frozen to protect. His decision in this altered present will define the man he becomes.

  Hard disagree. This run started out trying to say something about American politics and the abject failure that was the War on Terror, only to devolve into event synergy slop and rehashed concepts. More writers should take a page out of Englehart's run.

  I always thought in a strategic takedown fight Captain America would win against the Hulk. Cap is a master of pressure point combat and with that knowledge he can deactivate the hulk via hitting those pressure points and nerve endings with his super strength
