Batman: Urban Legends (2021-)

The chemical fog of Gotham City obscures more than just the skyline. A new synthetic narcotic is circulating through the city's veins, drawing the attention of Red Hood. His independent investigation into its source is creating a direct conflict with Batman's established methods. Meanwhile, the mercenary Grifter continues his own clandestine operations, his presence hinting at a larger, corporate-backed conspiracy. Harley Quinn navigates the city's underbelly in a personal search for Poison Ivy, while a tense reunion between Black Lightning, Katana, and Metamorpho is interrupted by a ghost from the Soultaker's past. The rain washes the blood from different corners of the same streets.
